Chef Max, a second generation Haitian American, is the executive Sous Chef at Clover in Brooklyn, NY. After cutting his teeth at his dad’s Boston bakery Fan Fan (where we shot), Max worked at elite culinary institutions like  Michelin Star awardees Jônt and Bresca in Washington DC and Eleven Madison Park in New York City.
I shot Max over the course of two days at Clover Hill in Brooklyn, NY and at Fan Fan Bakery in Boston, MA with his dad Frantz Guillaume.
